Objective
Create an immersive, world-class sales environment for the Zaha Hadid-designed luxury residential building in New York City that translated the building's iconic architectural vision into an extraordinary buyer experience.

Scope
End-to-end creative development and physical installation of an interactive sales gallery, encompassing content production, animation, web and mobile development as well as physical construction and installation.

My Role

  • Production lead across the full project lifecycle from creative concept through physical installation

  • Managed a $1M+ budget and 6-month schedule

  • Coordinated across creative, development and construction disciplines to deliver a seamless, multi-sensory gallery environment

Results
The centerpiece of the gallery was a to-scale digital screen engineered to mimic the building's signature curved window shape, giving prospective buyers an exclusive, immersive preview of their future home while it was still under construction. The building went on to attract some of New York City's most discerning residents, including Ariana Grande, cementing its status as one of the most coveted luxury addresses in the city.
